3. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Services, certain information may be collected automatically through cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies, including browser and device information, IP address, pages viewed and referring websites, website interactions, approximate location, products viewed, and technical performance.

Exotic Hair Shop does not currently use third-party advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising pixels (such as Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, or similar) on the Services. Exotic Hair Shop uses Shopify's built-in analytics and functional service-provider applications, such as product-review and, where applicable, loyalty applications, to operate and improve the Services.
If Exotic Hair Shop adds third-party advertising or analytics technologies in the future, it will configure them to operate according to the consent and privacy preferences applicable to the visitor, and will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
6. Pre-Consent Tracking
Where consent is legally required, Exotic Hair Shop's consent-management system is designed so that applicable non-essential technologies do not fire before the required consent is provided. 13. Relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you. Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve them, and information you submit may be transmitted to and shared with Shopify and third parties that may be located outside the country in which you reside. For certain enhanced features, Shopify may use data obtained from your interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify itself; in those circumstances Shopify is responsible for that processing. 14. Data Retention
Exotic Hair Shop retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide products and services, maintain transaction records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and satisfy accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, it may be deleted, anonymized, aggregated, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with applicable law.
15. International Data Transfers
