Hair is THICK!! Sheds minimally. It's so think, it's not noticeable. No odors. Customer service was very helpful! They even made a small adjustment for me and still managed to ship it to me in a timely manner. Haven't installed it. Will post photos later in a follow up. Thank you very much!
